LFCF is Miami’s premier community fitness facility. Located in the heart of Miami, LFCF is a 5000 sq ft facility that is open 7 days a week and offers classes from 6am to 730 pm Mon-Fri and 9-12pm on Sat-Sun.

We have our own 35 space parking lot and have created individual space and equipment to keep our members appropriately distanced, safe, and healthy. We pride ourselves in treating everyone as an individual and programming their workouts to fit their lifestyle and goals. We understand that health is a lifelong journey and focus our attention on creating a holistic program that facilitates longevity.
