Our online training program has 3 options, personal training where you work one on one with a coach who supervises your training, designs your workouts and nutrition program, individual program design where you tell us what your goals are and we design a program based around what equipment you have available, and finally our zoom classes, where you jump online and take a live class with one of our amazing trainers.
CrossFit Training is our most popular option. Our group classes allow you to get a personal experience at a discounted cost. With 10 people per class we are able to provide individual coaching and keep everyone at a safe distance. Our group class trainers are all certified through CrossFit.
Each class is 60 mins long and includes a warm up, strength portion, conditioning aspect, and cool down. Our proprietary fitness program blends the best elements of strength, skill, conditioning, and recovery to give our community the most complete training program on the market.
Our most effective and personalized program is personal training. Our personal training programs allows you to work one on one or in a small group with one of our trainers. We assess you from head to toe and design your exercise and nutrition programs specifically around your current fitness levels and future fitness goals.
This program provides the most accountability and support for people looking for results fast. Working with a personal trainer allows you to train around your schedule and achieve the results you want in less time.
